generate "job hours summary report" in service autopilot under scheduling reports, job hours export to excel prep the spreadsheet remove non crew individuals "ie, blake, steven, erik, fernando & esteban" insert 2 column to the right of both the applied hours and unapplied hours columns and delete total hours column select a group of numbers that need to be converted from hours do decimals click the data tab at top of excel and click button "text to columns" leave first prompt window alone and click next in second prompt window click "other" and insert a colon " " then click next until finished say "ok" when asked if you want to replace the contents of the destination cells repeat 3 7 for unapplied hours column in next column insert formula "=b2+(c2/60)" and fill down insert formula "=e2+(f2/60) ( 5 #ofworkdays)" in the 3rd unapplied hours column and fill down move "applied hours" & "unapplied hours" headings to the new total columns hide columns b,c,d \&e create a total hours column that adds the applied and unapplied hours add % column with formula "=g2/h2" add a totals row at the bottom with applied and unapplied comuns being summed total and % columns fill through the total row enter total % into scorecard individual crews travel time can be discerned by the foreman's individual record
