make sure irrigation tech is assigned sales person for all jobs he perfromed export reports from service autopilot perform this process 1st week of payroll after billing is sent out report is found at accounting > reports > revenue reports > "invoice audit summary" select date range and export to excel save file to > maint misc > bonuses manipulate data in excel custom sort all lines by "sales rep" insert 3 lines between each of the "sales rep" groups re create the "totals" using the auto sum functions bold the field for the total "sales" column this is the monthlies total add together "extra labor" and "extra materials" columns this is exrtas total enter data into payout sheet the "sales" column indicates monthly contracts make adjustments to monthly contracts amount for shared jobs by goal hours enter the monthly contracts total into appropriate field on spreadsheet total "extra labor" & "extra materials" and enter into appropriate field on spreadsheet get spreadhseet approved/submitted print spreadsheet and leave for blake or mark to approve once approved submit to payroll for payment
