select plant to be produced for the production priority list in order of improtance if container sizes are not available, move to the next container size, preferrably largest to smallest plants are produced and grouped/organized and kept in production area important! no plants leave the production area without a label attached completed daily production form(s) turned in to the production foreman at end of the day production foreman, or assigned employee, enters production information into the production database and creates the daily production report (go to onedrive > operations > production > production daily reports) production foreman, or assigned employee, emails report to coo, nursery sales & ops managers, and production foreman if necessary make pos inventory adjustments print labels for newly produced items place labels in designated location for production crew to attach to containers attach labels to containers place newly produced & labeled plants in assigned growing grounds location
